Estates Team
Manzanita Estates was founded by Elaine M. Baker — whose journey in home services began in 2006 in Las Vegas, Nevada, originally as a cleaning company. Over time, the business naturally expanded as Elaine began assisting senior clients with home repairs, organizing, and packing for relocation.
As her reputation grew, more clients turned to her for moving support, which led to her first estate sale in 2010. From there, estate liquidation services developed organically — driven entirely by referrals from families who appreciated the care and professionalism brought to every project.
Our business is built on honesty, discretion, and hard work. Over the years, we have discovered cash and valuable items during estate sales — each one carefully documented and returned to our clients with their keys and final payment.
